Being “busy” doesn’t mean being productive

Time management is one of the most important skills to cope with the countless activities we face every day at work and, why not, even in private life. The hours of the working day very often, if not always, are insufficient to complete all we have to do and what “came to us” at the sudden.
As advocates, we should understand that “being busy” does not always mean that we are productive and that we are managing our time most effectively. To be productive and as efficient as possible we need to master our capacity to handle our limited time to achieve all of our goals.
