David Pedersen is Senior Strategist at ProVeg. David holds a master’s degree in Philosophy and Business Management, a Minor in Social Entrepreneurship and Not-for-Profit Management and bachelor’s degree in Philosophy with a focus on animal ethics.
He co-founded and has led the Meat Free Mondays campaign in Denmark for 5 years. He has given a number of presentations and media interviews, including a vegetarian training course for the Copenhagen Association of Butchers.
His master’s thesis focused on the business case for, and the cultural aspects of, the emerging industry of meat successors.
In his lecture David will present the problem of increased sensitivity of the people choosing plant-based diet – and how to cope with it.
