How to Thrive in Any Situation

Life is very difficult even if you are not fighting rich industries, which abuse animals. Our lives as activists are full of stress and pain and so many people leave the movement because it is just too much to handle.
But what if I told you that most of the stress, worry or fear we feel could be easily eliminated from our lives? What if there was an operating system for thriving in high stress environments? We do not need to make our lives easier; we can make ourselves mentally stronger instead. As one smart guy once said, “suffering is only hard when the sufferer is soft”.
There are tried and tested ways to become resilient, emotionally stable and calm, whatever the circumstances. And no, it has nothing to do with the self-help stuff.
