About the presentation

5 real life tips for landing a job in animal advocacy

Abstract: As people who care deeply about animal suffering, we dream of being on the front lines to help end their suffering for good, working shoulder to shoulder with like-minded individuals, and being paid to make the world a better place for the animals we love so much. However, it can often be confusing, highly competitive and simply overwhelming to unpick exactly how you can land your dream role within this industry.

In this presentation, aimed at individuals and organisations, you will hear from 2 people now working within the animal advocacy field, as we delve into our top tips for helping you to secure a paid job within the movement. Including real life stories, highlights (and failures!) from our own very different paths to get here.
