Kristina Mering started Nähtamatud Loomad (Anima International Estonia) a bit over a year ago with basically nothing but a strong belief that a new organization is necessary in Estonia and a habit of developing new skills whenever necessary. A year ago there was basically nothing – today Nähtamatud Loomad is a thriving organization with 4 full-time employees and 40 volunteers, which has been able to get 34% of the Estonian retail market cage free, convinced dozens of restaurants to offer and promote plant-based options and is developing to become even bigger and better.
